        6.  Survey

        7.  Recording Fees (Deed, Mortgage, Releases)

        8.  City/County Tax/Stamps

        10. Mortgage Certification Fee

B.    Mortgage Fees-(Bank of Oklahoma, Stride Bank or Armstrong Bank)

        1.  Processing Fee

        2.  Tax Service Fee

        3.  Appraisal (to be reimbursed upon closing)

        4.  Credit Report (to be reimbursed upon closing)

        5.  Flood Certification

We will pay all the above charges provided we close with Stewart Title or First American title and Stride Bank.  This is for a limited time only.
